1. Product Coverage
This warranty applies to all HK Industrial products purchased through HK Industrial or an authorised distributor (the “Product”).
Our Products are manufactured using durable, water-resistant materials designed for industrial environments.
2. Warranty Period
HK Industrial warrants the Product to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the original date of purchase.
3. What This Warranty Covers
During the warranty period, if a Product is found to have a manufacturing defect or material failure under normal and intended use, HK Industrial will, at its discretion:
- Repair the Product, or
- Replace the Product or defective component with an equivalent item
This warranty applies only to failures resulting from normal use consistent with the Product’s intended purpose.
4. What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, or mishandling, including but not limited to:
- Dragging bags or duffels on the ground
- Snagging seams or fabric on sharp or abrasive surfaces
- Overloading beyond reasonable capacity
- Damage caused by environmental or external factors such as:
- Extreme heat or cold
- Chemical exposure or spills
- Fire, flooding, or similar conditions
- Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic wear, abrasion, fading, or zipper wear over time
- Any Product that has been modified, altered, or repaired by an unauthorised third party
- Incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the Product
5. How to Make a Warranty Claim
To initiate a warranty claim:
1. Contact the original point of purchase with proof of purchase
2. Provide clear photos of the defect for review
3. In some cases, the Product may be requested for physical inspection
Warranty claims are reviewed within three (3) to five (5) business days.
If approved, the Product will be repaired or replaced at HK Industrial’s discretion
If denied, a written explanation will be provided outlining the reason for denial
Postage & Shipping
If a replacement Product is approved, shipping costs for the replacement item are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise required by law.
6. Returns & Refunds Policy
Non-Defective Returns
We accept returns of unused, unmodified Products within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- Product must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the Product is received and inspected.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or worn Products
- Custom, special-order, or modified Products
- Products damaged through misuse or improper handling
Shipping Errors or Transit Damage
If your Product arrives damaged or incorrect due to a shipping error, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
7. Limitation of Liability
HK Industrial’s total liability under this warranty is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of the Product or defective component.
Under no circumstances shall HK Industrial be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Governing Law
This warranty and returns policy is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Product was purchased.
